Should you buy a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for your Austin Texas rental property?

Years ago when we first started this property management business, having appliances such as a washer, dryer, and refrigerator in a rental wasn’t necessarily essential. Fast forward to today, and at least 90% of tenants will expect to have these in the home they choose to rent.

As a landlord trying to figure out whether or not to include these appliances in your rental or investment property could mean the difference in vacancy or occupancy.
