We have a designated maintenance department that solely focuses on troubleshooting and dispatching tasks based on priority. Through our partner organization, we’ve built relationships with licensed, insured, and trusted vendors who ensure our standards of service and cleanliness, and follow our billing and procedural requirements.
Our specialized Move-In Service is offered with every plan! If you already have a signed lease agreement in place but need assistance moving your new resident(s) in, we can assist with the move-in coordination. Please inquire regarding specific pricing and coordination requirements with our PM team.
Please note: In order for our team to perform the Move-In Service, we must be notified that you’d like the addition to your property management plan at minimum 2 weeks prior to your new resident(s) move-in date. You must also provide a copy of the lease, the tenant’s contact information, and the security deposit (if already paid) at the time of your notification.
Our specialized Move-Out Service is offered with every plan! If you have a tenant moving out within the first thirty days of partnering with us, we will handle everything for you at a value-driven rate. Inquire about specific pricing with our PM team.
