If you are dropping off something from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, the exterior door leading upstairs to the office suites should be unlocked. Please deliver anything needed to our office, suite E.
Outside of Office Hours
For after hours drop-offs, you will need to use the drop box on the exterior of the building. The doors automatically lock after business hours for security. Our drop box is located at the intersection of Milton Street and Congress, on the left side of the entry door labeled Woodlands Office Suites. It’s tan in color, about 3 foot high and is labeled “1836 drop box.”
Please be aware that 1836 Realty is not responsible for loss related to the use of this box. Any valuables, keys or checks should be delivered directly to the office during normal business hours and not placed in the drop box due to the potential for vandalism.

Having grown up in the UK, Janil is a relative newcomer to Austin, but has taken quickly to life in Texas. He began as a real estate agent in 2020 and built on the background he has in property investment and property management from London.

Forest Kimbrell has his blue collar roots and southern twang from growing up in the small town of Mayberry, North Carolina from the popular “Andy Griffith Show”. Needless to say, she is used to driving at least 30 mins to get anywhere! Sam enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and her pets: Pickles the dog (named after her love of pickles), Gobbles the Turkey, and a handful of chickens. When she is not getting properties in tip top shape for our investors, she is usually at home (preferably), eating at her favorite places (Pluckers!), or finding a reason to go to Target or Sephora. Joshua is our new maintenance coordinator! While he’s not cracking jokes in the office he’s out riding one of his 4 bikes or talking about bikes. Did we mention he loves bikes? I mean, how does he ever get any work done when all he thinks about is bikes and riding bikes? All jokes aside, Joshua served as a Marine for 8 years where he was deployed to Afghanistan and was stationed in California, Japan, and North Carolina. He’s now pursuing his degree in criminal justice. We’re so glad to have him!
