Our specialized Move-In Service is offered with every plan! If you already have a signed lease agreement in place but need assistance moving your new resident(s) in, we can assist with the move-in coordination. Please inquire regarding specific pricing and coordination requirements with our PM team.
What’s included?
Please note: In order for our team to perform the Move-In Service, we must be notified that you’d like the addition to your property management plan at minimum 2 weeks prior to your new resident(s) move-in date. You must also provide a copy of the lease, the tenant’s contact information, and the security deposit (if already paid) at the time of your notification.
Our specialized Move-Out Service is offered with every plan! If you have a tenant moving out within the first thirty days of partnering with us, we will handle everything for you at a value-driven rate. Inquire about specific pricing with our PM team.
