Kudos from one of our tenants. What are your tenants saying about their property manager?

This is from a service request we received on 1/8/13 at 9:00pm.

Here’s the request:The garage door spring for the garage door broke today. I pulled into the garage and heard a very loud “snap” sound as it was closing. The garage will now only go up about a foot then it stops and the spring is clearly broken. One of our vehicles is now “stuck” in the garage. Could you please send someone out to look at it ASAP? We definitely need our vehicle out of there.

On 1/9/13 we spoke with this owners home warranty company which did not cover this item. No surprise there.
We then proceeded to contact one of our preferred and approved vendors.
By 1pm the service call was completed.

Here’s the tenants email back to us later that night.

“Thank you very much for taking care of our request so quickly. I really appreciate your hard work and quick results! Now I can get my car out of the garage! Thanks!!”
