This will lower your liability, workload and ensure federal laws related to fair housing and credit are followed properly. We'll help insure the property is up to the Texas property code requirements and other basic best practices for leasing. We'll even document the condition of the property and handle the tenants on move in day. We'll provide each referring agent a signed referral agreement which ensures that you have something in writing and guarantees the property will be returned to you for a future sale. You'll receive a referral fee of $250.00!
