According to another Austin realtor at ReMax over 55% of listings in Austin expire without selling. That’s time you’re wasting in a bad market with a bad economy when you could be leasing. Lease with us in 30 days or we’ll do the leasing agent side for free. That’s right, sign a management agreement with us and list it for lease at our recommended price. If we don’t have your home leased within 30 days we’ll do the leasing side for free!
