The cost for this service is a flat fee of $350 plus expenses for an eviction if we can’t save the tenancy. Once we have a management agreement in place we’ll be able to act on your behalf to pursue a nonpaying
tenant, start the eviction process and get the property cleaned up as required. Typical court costs range from $200 - $800 depending on how quickly and easily the
tenant departs. Should legal representation by an attorney be needed we have relationships with local attorneys who specialize in real estate law.
